Delete saved financial records
- Open Financial Calculator and go to Settings.
- Under Security & Privacy, select Clear all data.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete Everything.
This permanently deletes saved goals, contribution history, saved calculations, and the app’s financial database records. This action cannot be undone. It does not automatically remove separate PIN or display preferences.
Remove your app PIN
In Settings → App PIN lock, disable the lock using the available verification steps. Disabling the lock removes the locally stored app PIN and lock setting. If you cannot access the app, clearing its storage through Android settings resets local app data, including the PIN.
Reset all local app storage
For a complete local reset, use Android Settings → Apps → Financial Calculator → Storage, then choose Clear storage or Clear data. Labels vary by device. This removes local financial records, app settings, and PIN preferences. Removing the app also normally removes its local app storage.
Device backups may retain copies or restore data. Review your operating system’s backup settings if you also want to remove backups or prevent restoration.
Delete exported reports
PDFs saved or shared outside the app are separate copies. Delete them from your Files or Downloads app and any email, drive, or other destination you used. Clearing app data cannot remove reports held by recipients or other services.
Support correspondence
To request deletion of support emails, contact prasam.dev@gmail.com from the address you used. Describe the request without sending your PIN or financial records. We cannot remotely access or delete your device’s local app database.
